I am a contract worker who just recently came to Canada, when I applied and submit all my documents Im still single. Now I have a common law partner and I gave birth to a child, I want to declare them as my dependent even they are outside Canada. How can I start? and also, my common law partner was married before, and not legally separated right now since annulment takes time to process it in my country, is it ok if I will still declare him as my depended or I will just declare my child?
