How can i retain my lost pr card?

Can you tell us more what happen and how do you mean you lost PR card or status due to humanitarian reason? Basically, you don't lose your PR status except through immigration adjudication (immigration hearing or determination). I understand you've failed your PR obligation, however, immigration or CBSA officer or IRB will process and determine if you've officially lost your PR status and issue a letter to that effect.
