Is the landing paper required for citizenship?
I do have the valid PR card.

Yes you must have record of landing or you must have points number 2 & 3 below. from CIC website.

Is the birth certificate required?
I have passport & PR card & Driver licenses, is that ok?

Do they ask for the birth certificate? If yes, then yes, if no, no. Only provide what is asked. Never give more or less than required.
