Hi, getting a job offer means applying to jobs where specialized skill is required and an employer is willing to extend you an offer letter of employment in order to harness that special skill. If there are many people already in Canada who have your same skill, then there is no point in them hiring you as it is easier and cheaper to get someone for the job in Canada.

Do you have a specialized skill or training that is difficult to find? If not, applying to jobs will be a waste of your time, instead increase your points by some other way like taking the IELTS again and getting the maximum points.
