Since you just completed your engineering, you will need some experience for getting eligible for EE. You can try for higher education or find a job in canada, which can secure to work visa. I am not very familiar with this area, but i am sure someone will guide you in right direction.

To get a work permit, you first need to find an employer in Canada who is willing to offer you a full time job and that employer must obtain an approved LMIA. You can then apply for a closed work permit tied to that specific employer.

If you would rather apply to immigrate to Canada, then you will have to research Canada's immigration programs to see if you qualify to apply: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/apply.asp

If you don't want to do this research yourself - you should hire a consultant or lawyer to represent you.

Either, you need to demonstrate any unique abilities to the potential employer that the later would prefer you over Canadian employee and would agree to go through complex lmia process... or have any personal connections in the company management... which is a bit of illegal of cause, but happens as I heard. Otherwise it is hard to impossible to get work permit in your field.

Are you eligible for any of the IEC streams? This may be a way to get a foot in the door.

I am familiar with this link and have gone through this one. this didn't helped me much. can u suggest something else please.

Oh ok since you are familiar with the link and have gone through the IEC streams and they did not help you much the only option is to apply for a job directly in Canada.

i tried for that too but i was not able to meet their requirements and most of them do not want international workers. i know someone in canada but as he is not from my blood relation he cannot sponsor me. moreover he don't know much about my field. is there any possible way he can help me.

The only other thing is suggest is to get yourself ready and set up an EE profile. Make sure you do the following things first:

1) Go for your English and/or French language tests (Suggest IELTS)
2) Get your credentials evaluated (Suggest WES)

I suggest these even though I have not used them because the places where I went for my language test and got my Bachelors degree evaluated are in Canada. I don't what country you live in.

Use the 'Come to Canada' tool to see how many CRS points you would get. Remember you won't get points for not having the official assessed language scores for (Speaking, Reading, Writing, Listening), and you will not get any points if you do not have your educational qualifications assessed for immigration purposes.

i am basically from INDIA. i can go for IELTS as well as for french also. cn you tell me please what are the IELTS requirement. i believe it is 6.5 overall. and the another thing i want to you to suggest me is the official sites where i can apply for jobs. i am familiar with workopolis and kijiji. and is it possible some company(not of my field) can call me?

I didn't do the IELTS test, but I believe the requirements were '7' for Speaking, Reading, Writing, and Listening.

Possible job sites:

1) Indeed
2) Monster
3) Glassdoor
4) Eluta
5) Canadian Job Bank

Unlikely for companies not in your field to call you as you may not have the skill set for the jobs they are trying to employ people for.
