How can i get the financial proof and police criminal record under COVID-19 situation?

Hi everyone, under COVID-19 all banks and government entities are closed temporarily and we don't know when they will open. During this time, how can we get the financial proof and criminal record? If we have to wait until they open, what if they don't open within the 90 days window for us to submit all materials? Thank you for your help!
