my scores are 452. Can anyone tell me how can i get other 600 points by pnp without any job offer?
Will any state/province automatically send me invitation, when i will apply for canada's express entry pool?

Automatically you will get response from Ontario but it is closed for now .
Saskatchewan - It is open now, you can check your NOC code,if there you can apply to them get nomination and 600 points .
Nova Scotia - But they have to open its nomination program and hopefully they will open it in coming months .
You can also check for Prince Edward Islands and New Brunswick .
