How can I get extension for medical exam?

Hi,
I have applied for PGWP from India. On 8th January, I got a mail to get my medical examination done in next 30 days. However, due to certain personal reasons, I might not be able to get the medical done on time.
Is it possible to get an extension from IRCC? Is there a way to contact them for extension for medial examination?

Other than pregnancy there are usually no extensions granted.

what about if the earliest possible appointment with a Panel physician is after 30 days? I
I received 30 days for medical but in my city there is only one Panel physician and he is fully booked for the next 30 days.

Yes that’s an acceptable reason. Would send a webform indicating that this was the earliest appointment.
