How can I fix my mistake on my application already sent.

I sent my application in feb 2021, but I realised I typed signature in most forms. So I think I might receive return my application.
Before that, I want to fix my mistake!!

Can I send few forms with hand written signature one more time by mail?
Or Shoul I send webform with scanned forms with hand written signatures?
Or both?

Is it work for fix my problem??
Please advise me, experts!!!
