How can I extend my Post Graduate Work permit OR get a new one without lmia OR Immigrate to Canada?

Just to give you a background of my question above:

My story is quite dreadful. I work in IT. I came to ON, Canada on a Study Permit in 2011 right after completing my highschool in India. Finished 2 years in Uni. but dropped out since it wasn't the right major, later switched to a Public College and graduated.

• Age 27
• Current CRS Score: 436
• CELPIP Score: 10,10,9,8.
• Single, no relatives or family in Canada
• I completed a 2-year Canadian Diploma(started working right away under PGWP.)
• Have 2.9 years experience as a Software Developer(NOC A). Still working.
• Work Permit Expiring in 2 months.

My employer is not willing to complete "Employer Form" neither help with LMIA Procedures.

At this point all I wish is to get my Work Permit extended, which I have read that it cannot be done(although just curious to know if anyone was able to get it done), or secure another Work Permit WITHOUT LMIA. Getting a new job in the industry is a cake walk but there is absolutely no way I can find an LMIA based employment.

I am extremely open to apply to other Provinces. I have tried but couldn't find an offer. Any suggestions would be appreciated especially because my Work Permit will be expiring in 2months.

The only way you can extend your work permit without an LMIA is if you have already been selected for PR (i.e. received ITA) and have submitted your complete application. Then you can apply for a bridging open work permit. Otherwise you need an LMIA.
