I am in Canada for 6 years and never travel out of Canada,my pr expired last year,i want to apply for citizenship and as i read here i can apply with expire pr card, now i want to do the English test and they ask for valid pr or passport, because i didn't need my passport ,its also expired,is there a way i will be able to do the English test with my expired pr or passport,if i want to renew each of them its only for this test and it is waste time and money, please help me.

When you applied for PR did you have IELTS? use that or if you dont have it
take CELPIP - LS, cheaper and easier than ielts.

No i dont have, when i want to apply on line ,it accept the pr card with date 2017 and later so i cant apply .All of them are the same,i tried already.

You need to have a valid passport or national identity card. If you PR card has expired then you can use your passport.
