how can i correct name on my visa and study permit?? mismatch with my passport

i have a problem . my full name shows in surname in study permit and visa but on my passport its fine.how can i correct it ??please help me

If you are in Canada, call their call centre and they will instruct you further..if you are outside contact VFS or send a email or fax to Canadian embassy.
