I have been working as a semi-skilled agricultural worker for one year with an Open work permit.

1). Am I eligible to apply for SINP with the Open work permit with my one year of experience?
2). Or do I need to convert my open work permit to a closed work permit and work at least six months again before applying?

I have doubt that your NOC of agriculture worker is allowed in SINP? As per my knowledge only Agricultural Supervisor NOC's included for PR.

Oh sorry. Yes you are eligible as long as you are working in Saskatchewan with SINP job offer or they have new rules. If you are not currently working in Saskatchewan, you can apply if you have proof that you previously worked in Saskatchewan for a minimum of six months as a General Farm Worker or Nursery and Greenhouse Worker. All the best
