i worked in canada last april2007 till may 2009. my agency wasn't able to submit my restoration within 90 days before my permit expired april2009 due because she was believe that my lmo will going to approved within that 90days, until she got a letter from cic that i am not able to process my work permit and my restoration because it was passed within the 90days grace period. so in short it was like i overstay 5months because my agency assured to my employer that she will do all the processing to my papers.so my employer trusted din agency without any doubt about everything until we found out that the letter stating that my restoration and work permit was refused so i am a person in canada without legal status and have to leave canada immediately.
what are my option to go back,, do i need an ARC??thanks for reply
