How can get CofQ point in my EE profile

I have created express entry profile under skill worker with Noc 2173 A embedded software engineer. My score is 405. I just got Certificat of qualification from Ontario college of trade. It’s Surface mount assemble it’s showing noc 9523 C. Pls suggest me how can I get points for CofQ.
Should I add yes in CofQ question in express entry profile under skill worker or should I have to apply for skill trade.

Your NOC is not of a trade so you do not qualify for the points of a certificate of qualification.
