How can CEC applicant apply for his spouse when his file is in process???

please help me on this.
How can CEC applicant apply for his spouse when his file is in process??? In other words if he applies under CEC and then after he gets married. So is there any way he can apply for his spouse by sending marriage documents to CIC. or no???

Wait for the AOR, once you receive AOR email CIC that you got married and they usually send you instructions
on how to add a spouse to the file. Do that as soon as possible.
