1. You need an employer in Canada, who after advertising the position for 2 weeks on the Job Bank, applies to HRSDC for a Labour Market Opinion and demonstrates that they are no Canadians/PR available or qualified for the position (6-12 weeks) If approved, then you can apply for a work permit.
