Mine was 2kg but UPS charged me for 3kg. The delivery man said it's too big to be only 2kg! hahaha

Hi I got like 200 pics and my skype screenshots are like 160 pages because I put two each page so the VO can read what they say, I been reading it might be to much information, how you sent your skype records?, would you mind to share your experiences?
Than you, i'm just new here and i'm just starting the process

My package was 3.8 pounds. Only Skype chat/call records were 252 pages (of only the last 12 months prior to application because I lost the period before that). I've sent about 4 or 5 A4 pages of pictures with 4 pics on each page. A few emails of each of the 4 years we've known each other in a timeline, boarding passes, copies of both our passport stamps, his visas to Brazil, copies of our MoneyGram receipts, 2 letters from friends in common about our relationship with pictures with those friends. I think it was a pretty well summarized.

The more things you send with the application the longer it could take to process your applications. Officers are required to review everything so if you send in 300 pages of chat logs they have to read 500 pages of chat logs. I think quality far outweighs quantity. When determining what to send legal documents are the best evidence then followed by receipts, pics and written testimony like cards and letters from friends and family as well as text and chat logs.

Too late now... ???

I'm sure my organization makes sense to no one but me.

Actually it looks similar to the one we had! :)

I wish I could find the photo I took of ours! Mr Parker thought it was overkill. But he didn't even realize I hadn't included the cards, plane tickets, photos etc yet haha.

I realized that's only my proof package - although the forms were slim, nothing major. The biggest one is Yahoo chats... and that was 1 chat/month for 5 months only...... LOL.... I forgot stuff too, like I had journal entries. My husband also lost a bunch of the cards I gave him and found them again two months after we mailed things in. Good job sweety.

My package was 260 pages + pictures. one envelope for sponsorship one for PR and 2 for proof of relationship. some of the proof of relationship was double sided to save on paper. ive never printed so much in my life hahahaha. looking back the applications at first seem overwhelming but in the end they were the easiest. getting all the proof of relationship together took a long time

But I bet it was A LOT OF FUN, wasn't it?

When I was still in Canada with my fiance, I wanted to make a photo album of our relationship (I even bought the photo album), but it seemed I never found the time for it.
Once we (I!!) started to gather our stuff for the application and got into the pics, I just LOVED to do it.
Talking about every picture and trying to remember the names of the places we've been to and finding them on Google Maps (Thank you, Google People!!!!) was incredible. I just lived all those moments all over!!!!

I searched for the Skype History, which gave me all the dates and times I had called him, then asked it to print. It shows my Skype name and the month. And I printed a screenshot of my Skype Profile, so they can see my picture, Skype name, and the Canada Subscription (best thing ever!!!!).

Good luck to all of us! =]

I don't know the weight of my husbands application but when it was all said and done
it was 298 pages. It included everything from pics, translations, letters, etc.....
I was so glad when it was done. Took me 3 1/2 months to complete. :o

This is why processing times are on the increase.
