Its a fraud consultancy. My file of 2011 was rejected only due to this consultancy. They have no global assistance srvice. They will take lot of money from you and will inform u that they have placement services. All are bull shit.I am in Toronto and I had taken their service in year 2006.They even didn"t know what exactly documents are required for processing ur file.I am very much frustrated and disappointed with their service. When I came last time I did it all by myself. If u want help you can take help from me.

If you did a google on WWCIS then I am sure, you would have read all the 'wonderful :o >:( ' feedback about them, you wouldn't even be posting this or asking yourself !
Also, you should have known by now ( if you have bothered to read the application procedure/process, docs required., you would know how simplified this process is , why a consultant ?

Re: how authenticate is ***** ?

Going to a consultant is a waste of your hard earned money man. The only thing he will do is use his
stationary and courier to forward your documents. It won`t spare you the effort to get all your documents
ready(birth cert;marriage cert;filling appn) The application package is quite simple, for any doubts we can
always get it clarified in this forum.

Raskin,
Thanks for your response.
To be honest, I though because there will be a cap on the number of P.R for skilled worker in CANADA for 2013, Professionals would be better to file my case on time and correctly.
I am a graduate in Information technology, have more than 8 years of experience in IT field and worked for 5 years in USA. Could you please guess, what is the % of getting a P.R for Canada If I apply in 2013?

No one is going to be able to tell you a %.

The full rules haven't been released yet. We don't know how many people are going to apply vs. how many spots are available. So it's impossible to guess what chance you have of succeeding.

If you plan to apply this year, you should schedule your IELTS test soon.

Re: how authenticate is ***** ?

Looking at what you have posted so far, the possibilities are not good via the FSW stream. Before the FSW "in demand" list was suspended last year only senior IT management professions were listed. Also, between 2010 and 2011, general IT professions went from being LMO exempt to not even on the FSW list, so it is doubtful that any IT related professions may be on the new list.

Unless you have a specialization in a very niche area the chances of securing IT work in canada as a foreign worker are very small.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Thanks for your response.
Is there any official list of Skilled workers for 2013 release by CIC?

We believe there will be no list. First X applications with 67 points through the door will get in.
We don't know the cap limit yet, but it will likely be in the range of 5,000 to 10,000.

Re: how authenticate is ***** ?

The target quota planned by CIC for FSW 2013 is set to 55,300 (This number is solely not for applicants only. It includes applicants, spouses and children.)

However for Canadian Experience Class, the plan is to increase the quota from 7,000 to 10,000.

The frustrating part about the FSW 2013 is that they have yet to announce any sort of official numbers/guidelines or anything related to this.
If their goal is to make this FSW program swift and efficient so that their wont be any backlogs, then i don't know how it makes sense by not providing any guidelines sooner.
Credential assessment, background checks etc, they all take time. So, if they wait till end to announce anything, then I guess it is going to be a worst stampede than in the Black Friday.

I agree about the stampede. Remember how NOC 1122 in July 2011 filled up reputedly within about 10 days? That was because it was the most generic NOC where the broadest of work experience could be fit into it.

Now we have a situation where ANY work experience in 0, A or B will do.

I think whatever cap they set is likely to be filled in a matter of weeks, perhaps days. Although it'll probably be months before they open enough applications to know for certain.
