Review of submitted documents Provided
Scheduling an interview Not needed at this time
A background check is needed In Progress
A final decision has been reached Not Started

With no change since early April. Is this normal?

Well I did submitted my application in April 24, since then there's no updates still in progress....kind a slow I guess it's not the way it's been said... EXPRESS ENTRY.....
