my asylum was rejected in Germany now I want to apply in Canada can someone help m e

There's probably no way for you to apply to Canada directly.

To apply, one option is to obtain a TRV (tourist visa), fly to Canada and claim asylum when you arrive. However given your status in Germany, there is effectively zero chance a TRV will be approved.

The other option is to be officially recognized as a refugee by UNHCR. UNHCR will then decide where you will be resettled (to which country). However this option does not allow you to apply to Canada directly or to pick Canada - UNHCR decides where you will be resettled.

Ok thanks my friend has a French passport and eta visa those he also need a TRvs

If someone has a French passport, they have no grounds to claim asylum in Canada. The asylum application will be refused.

For you to understand. Technically any other nationality (including USA citizens) can apply for Asylum. However to get it is a different story. Some countries have close to 0 chance to get it. And with such record it will make it significantly difficult (if not impossible) to travel to Canada or USA in he future.

If for some reason you are thinking of using your friend's passport from France that can also have negative consequences.
