My classes will start in January 2021. VFS in Bangladesh is Closed and cant provide IRCC my biometrics. So what I can do in this regard?
How am I supposed to start classes in January 2021 when IRCC stopped issuing AIP?

Order your GCMS if your eligibility started. If you passed Eligibility with notes from officers then it's basically guaranteed (as long as you don't have a criminal history or lied in your application)
You don't require AIP to start your online classes. You are allowed to attend online classes till April 30, 2021. Its seems unpractical that they will be able to provide full approval to the students of Winter intake before the classes start. Especially in those countries where VACs are closed. So, the possibility of two stage approval is very high. The chances of Jan intake to be postponed is very low because of several serious factors.

Same question. I deferred from September 20 intake and cant defer any further. What should I do?
I will also not be to defer as I have already deferred once. But if they postpone Jan intake then Universities will have to deffer
this can happen as well. Also, I just heard that winter 2021 online classes will not count with PGWP.
You heard it wrong. Check website and you will learn that since May, 2020 to April 30 anyone studying online from outside Canada can make sure their time will counted towards PGWP.
