Housing location review about for Oakville / Mississauga

Hello, am looking for a short term rental in Oakville/Mississauga for single person.
Can anyone suggest a good location/neighborhood which is not too expensive for renting near Oakville ON? Also how convenient is to commute from Mississauga to Oakville using public transport?

Pretty much all of Oakville is good. Depending on where you are commuting to, it might be a good idea to be near GO station. In mississauga, City Centre would be ideal for you. A lot depends on your budget and what your requirements are - a basement apartment will be cheaper than a condo apartment. But lots available. Hope this helps!
