I have a question for people that have driven across to land....We are going through the B4 forms and they are asking if you are Settler or returning resident...but it does not look like we can be on the same form...Do we each declare household items or can one person?..Its clear as mud...I have been in the States for 11.5 years and everything we have is "ours" not his and not mine...

1. If you select returning resident, the B4 would have to be in your name, and you would have to pay taxes and duty on any items with a value of more than $10K
2. If your spouse is "landing" then the B4 is Settler and there is no restriction on the value goods.
3. Your choice, personally I would go with Settler.
