Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi there,
I've always wanted to live in Canada or Usa, now I have some chances of making my dream come true .. I have relatives in Canada, that are willing to hire me as their "housekeeper" is that possible?

I think that is similar like the live in caregiver ..

Any help is welcomed! :)

Thank you,
S.S

Your "relatives" will have to obtain a Labour Market Opinion in your favour and may have difficulty proving there are no Canadians or permanent residents willing to help as housekeepers. Coming in as live in caregiver would be a bit different because you would have to be living with the family but you must be qualified and the people wanting to bring you here must have a child/children/elderly or disabled in their home to be able to make it work for you.

Well we ware planing to hire me as house keeper, because of the language. They are Macedonians like me .. I've heard that, that's a plus

A house keeper is a low skilled job and will offer you very few options to stay in Canada after your work permit expires. Getting a job as a live-in caregiver is better because under the live-in caregiver program, you can apply for permanent residency after 2 years.

I don't know, I'm still thinking about this ..

I was interested in taking also, college, and become an Dental Lab. Technician ..

What are my chances of getting job in Canada in that filed, If I graduate here?
Do I need to re-take some classes in order to prove that I'm Dental Lab. Technician? I know that to become an dentist in Canada, you'll need to take 2 years, just to prove that you are foreign dentist ..

You can see the requirements for Dental technicians here: http://www.cicic.ca/684/Dental_Technicians_and_Technologists.canada?prof=3223

Here you can see the requirements under the NOC: http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/Profile.aspx?val=3&val1=3223

If you manage to get a job offer in Canada as a Dental technician, you could apply for a work permit and get your immigration later.
