House for rent in (Brossard or Saint-Hubert areas)

Hello, I am planning to reach Montreal/Canada in first week of July this year, we are four family members (including two toddlers) so one master bedroom (apartment or town-house) alongwith one bedroom, Living room, kitchen, Laundry room, bathroom seems to meet my family needs. My monthly budget for house rent including all other monthly utility billing (including electricity, gas, heating, water bill, Sewage, snow cleaning etc) and inclusions is CAD $800 - $1000. I would prefer Brossard or Saint-Hubert areas. Below is the unit features and inclusions.

a. Hot water
b. Fridge
c. Stove
d. Washer
e. Dryer
f. Dishwasher
g. Snow removal (in winters)
