Yeah defo you are new to this forum by seeing your forum name " bol bacchan"

first no one knows about " when will MR come". Everyone has the same question. I suggest you to keep patient. even Jan/feb processing date member waiting for MR.

The first positive sign sometime comes in ecas itself when the new line we start processing pops up then you know they are on with your file, few people got MR also without the update in the ecas,
I have between Six months probably you will get,

Mine is London , they started processing my file in April 2012 and i got my medicals in May.

So i guess you are in line for medicals soon !!!! ;D

NDVO is sending MR by initial application sent date to NS.
Right now, they are sending to those applicants whose initial application sent date is Jan/ Feb.
