I summitted through webform and also I mailed one to Mississauga office too. Today I got an email saying that my file is transferred to Hongkong. I didn't get any reply about them receiving 5669.

Sorry for the late reply, I uploaded from webform around march 15 and mail two weeks after so I don't know which one cic received. But I feel mail is a better option. At least you can be sure that cic gets the mail.
