Hi all,
I'm apply for family class sponsorship of my wife from Hong Kong where we are both currently residing under employment visa (so we are residents but not permanent residents).
On the Information Guide for Hong Kong IMM3093E, under section 9: IDENTITY AND CIVIL STATUS DOCUMENTS, it asks for :Absolute nisi decree (Hong Kong residents).
What is this document and do I need it?
Also in section 16, ADDRESS IN CHINESE CHARACTERS AND CONTACT NUMBERS and 8 address lables with the mailing address in Chinese characters.
Is this necessary for an application from Hong Kong where addresses are in both English and Chinese?
