I am moving to the stage where I need to request police certificate from Hong Kong police. They require a fingerprint certification that has:
i. The name and rank of the person taking the fingerprints;
ii. The full name and the OFFICIAL STAMP of the police / law enforcement agency / Consulate; and
iii. Where and when the fingerprints were taken.
I am residing in the United States where the fingerprint form is a pretty standard FD-258 nationwide. The form has no blanks for any witness's information except his/her name and the date. Anyone has experience that HK police accepted this form or other forms? Thanks in advance.
