" HOMEMAKER " Reason for unemployed must be mentioned section 6.F ?!

I was a homemaker for one year , taking care of my 2 years old daughter .. What should I write the reason for being a "homemaker" in section 6.F ?
I need your help please !

If writing Homemaker then no need to write a reason for unemployment. There are three category: Employed, Unemployed (which need to clarify reason) & Homemaker (no need to write reason)...

So, if I was employed the whole 4 years but at with different employers with different job title, do I need to state the Job Title? Also, for Self-employed period, do I need to provide detail nature (such as Consultant, Cleaner etc.)?
