I want to apply for my sister who lives outside Canada, but I am in Canada and I want to apply for her from here. So can I be her representative?
Wanted to know how it works if I will apply for her? Does she need to send required Original documents to me by mail first and then I have to mail whole package from here.
Also if I pay fees will it going to affect anything on her file.
Please advise.
