What to do about this, I have a home loan in the USA, it's a joint loan with my brother. I'm planning to apply for EE, do I have to declare the home loan in post ita?

Also, do I have to submit a property evaluation?

For PR, you do not need to submit a property evaluation.

Just provide the balance certificate and bank statement.

No property evaluation documents are accepted.

And, Balance Certificate with Bank statement together are called Proof of Funds
