I got the same reply too when I sent them my NEW PASSPORT.Hi! Today Ircc sent me what looks like a generic email.
"Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
In order to respond to a high volume of enquiries related to the crisis in Afghanistan, we have needed to shift resources in our Client Support Centre. This will impact our ability to respond to some of your enquiries....."
Anyone who sent their requested updated forms via the webform/gckey and received the same response? Should I expect another email as acknowledgement of the submitted forms? Btw, I sent it 2nd week of August. Thanks!
They usually acknowledge before just like with my lacking payment.
Here’s their reply earlier this year about my receipt sent thru webfore.
