1. Do i need the original employer offer or will the scan copy will work?
2. Does my employer has to post/advertise the job somewhere before he offers it to me?

Not really. They sent an email end of February asking for some additional docs like the kids' birth certificates.

There was post on FB that applicant called irrc representative and told her that they will start opening and assessing papers for hccp this October.

11th October 2020? How? Today is 5th October...If you submitted in oct than you have to wait more than 8 months for further update because currently January applicants got AOR ..so be patience...
