I applied in September 2019, got AOR in October 2019.
IRCC contact my employer in August 2020.

I have representative, I don't know.
But anyways, you don't have to stick to your officer's name, because at the beginning of this year, since pandemic started, even before in february-they "officers" were arranged to help other sectors in the goverment due to the pandemic. The officers were doing more important applications for the country at that time and for the next few months.
As far as I learned-it doesn't matter who is the officer, they were working from home and devided all applications, reffering to the centers where is less "crowd". Maybe someone other reviewing your application, but I saw a lot of you mention some JG officer. You think that JG officer is dealing with all expected 2500 applications. I don't think so.

Hi My application received by ircc on 28th January. Not received any update yet. My representative send inquiry form to ircc. They replied that they had reviewed application before 21 January 2020.

Hi, we already received AOR and BIL last april 2020 submitted our documents last Dec 2019.
