Hi everyone just a general question . My wife and I got open work permit . But my wife employer did not need her anymore so we had to find another employer . But we already have open permit and we found another employer . Only bad thing about new employer he does not show 90k income , he shows 60 k , my question if my wife complete 12 months and send all the docs needed for proof like t4 , paystub , employer letter etc . But will they ask employer NOA as well or any income proof ?? Or it does not matter when we already submitted 12 months experience?
Anyone can please help in this ?

These are the only requirements when you apply for PR.

1. Schedule form 19B
2. All paystubs
3. Refrence letter (experience letter)
4. T4
5. NOA

Our own is coming soon.

I m from September 2019. No decision yet. Done medical two times. Waste of money and time.

Wow, that's pretty long over due the processing time.

What steps have you taken? Have you applied for your gcms note or cbsa note?

Have you placed a call to know what is wrong with your application?

Have you written your MP to help you out?

Lastly have you tried the legal way something called Writ of Mandamus?

Hi Sifi, I have checked your previous posts and from what I read, you have a “representative “.

Are you in constant contact with your representative?

Most 2019 Hccp Outside applicants who got approved are about to submit 12 months work experience in Canada and others have already submitted PR application and others got approved…

What did your representative tells you?

And what country are you from?
