We all can apply for mandamus.. on official site of ircc the processing time for our application is 12 months only.. they are delaying all of our files without any justification..

I called embassy they said my background check is in progress. They said background check include 3 parts and out of that 2 are already complete but 3rd one is in process.. anyone have any idea about this? How long this part will take ?

Does anyone know the answer to this question: Can an HCCP applicant who gets the work permit, and began working to accumulate the stipulated Canadian work experience leave Canada for a month or two (dto attend to an emergency in their home country), and return to complete accumulating the total work experience?

12 month is standard processing time, but current processing time is 34 to 36 months for HSW and HCCP. I think effect of backlogs.

friends i want to apply for HCCP 2024. Can you please recommend me a good immigration consultant who are expert in the process.Secondly i will be going in gaining experience class and i have done a caregiver certification for 750 hours. Apart from it do i need any experience. Please help i am based in UAE

Hi! I just got my CoPR today and will pass additional information and requirements they need. Just wondering how long does is take for IRCC to approve your PR after this step and give your PR card?

FINALLY!!!! Today got eligibility letter, and WP approval
for myself and family. Outside Canada - 2020 Applicant with accompanying family. Who knows what will be next?

HCCP Outside Applicant + Spouse + 1 dependent
Time Line
July 2020 - Application submitted
Mar 2023 - Biometrics Done
Nov. 2022 - Medical completed
Apr. 2023 - ADR - Docs submitted
August 2023 - still waiting for next moves (frustrating)
Sept. 8 2023 - Eligibility Letter & approval of WP
Thanking God.
