Are you 2020aplicant or 2019 and one more thing they said in their rules that child age is locked when file is submitted then why they ask for justification I don’t understand that

My employer recieved a letter of query from IRCC, as he needds to submit NOA, Employment letters, but the crucial part is why the child needs care and it's justification, the child's age is 16 years today. When applied the child was 13+ years of age, as in the employment offer form. Any ideas, how to address the letter and send reply? what should the employer highlight?

The new 2023 pilot form has the following questions:

I assume this is what they are looking for from the old applicants too. People with younger or older children have to be careful in answering this question. Older kids need less care, while younger kids will soon have practically free daycare.

1.5 year becuse that was the validity of my passport . but i can extend it to 3 years after I get new passport.

no need for OEC.. so many applicants flew out from PH without the need of getting one. Just lineỉn immigration line not OFW.
