Hi , does someone know , to sponsor a nanny under This program , if only husband is working and wife is not working. Can they still sponsor a nanny . ? Or it will be refused because office will think wife is home and why they need a nanny ?

You can still sponsor. In the application letter, you can mention that wife want's to work. Share her education details to support that argument.

They say as long as you don't line up in OFW lane, you should be fine without..

I am unable to see this farrness letter because the right of GC account belong to agent, but according to them that is related to employer about job explanation....my question...Is procedural fairness later may be jobe offer explanation? Any body have such explanation or knowledge. I am so worried

a procedural fairness letter is basically they are giving you last chance to provide clarity on whatever they asking, procedural fairness comes with a 30 day time period in which you will have to get back to them or they will make final decision on your file.

The letter must have the directions and some requirements, which either employee or employer as to fulfil. Get the letter from your RCIC and submit the documents if required.
