I think till March 15 they will clear out the back log . And will put on hold people who are after that and they gave them temp file number so that they can relax themselves

My sister is still waiting for temporary file number, applied on March 2020 under HCCP but got nothing.

I got today ,me 16 March applicant. She will get soon.

I would like to share my timeline.
In God’s grace, I received my open work permit today valid for a year. Yesterday, I also got a correspondence from them asking for some documents to be submitted within 30days such as ImM 5669.

I received my aor in Feb of 2020.

Yes, I did. They received my complete application on September 26, 2019. I applied for an open work permit in May of 2020.

Sorry, so you work permit you applied it separately, not together when you applied on 2019?

hi everyone, I applied in Feb 2020 (outside Canada), recently received temporary file number. Does anyone have any idea what happens to Ielts validity expiring due to covid delay, mine expired few months ago.

once file reach there mail room file is locked nd at that time ur ielts should be valid. If IRCC is taking longer time they have no legal right to ask for ielts again. This is explain by my consultant. What they will ask new is police clearance nd medical bcz they have validity.
