Hey, I have some questions for HOME CHILD CARE PROVIDER ( Noc 4411 ).
I am a nurse ( RPN ) hired by home health care agency. and I have been working for a child at their home or school.
My question is my NOC is 3233 based on my license.
But I am sure that NOC 4411 based on my job description and duties that I have been doing so far.
My company will put 4411 in the reference letter.
Am I eligible to apply for the program ?

Hi

Which NOC code you used?
I am also getting a Job offer for care giver, but not sure what noc i can use

Regards

I have got proposal to get a Caregiver Job Offer. So they LMIA is there.
But, when I apply for PR.... which NOC can i use
Congratulations....LMIAs take months. If you have been hired then your employer will have listed the duties and responsibilities in your job offer letter. What do those responsibilities in your letter match with. NOC 4411 is a level C job and not eligible for Express Entry. As I said you have to go through the pilot program (link I gave you) and it is closed right now to applications.

Ok.. Just to rephrase my Understanding

Once I take the Job as Caregiver, my PR application will be with NOC 4411 and not 3233.
Since EE wont accept this NOC, the process will have to be done through a Province.
While working or after PR I can apply for NNAS. On clearing NNAS process, I can work as a Registered or Licensed Nurse in Canada.

Hope I understand correctly.

Regards

No the process can’t be done through a province. It is done through the link I posted through the caregiver pilot (if you are accepted). processing may take a long time so you are lucky to find an employer willing to possibly wait at least a year. The pilot only accepts so many applications per year. Once in Canada, you can start NNAS process.

So I am in a Dilemma

Option1
Take the Caregiver Job Offer (Closed work Permit). With this I can come and work in Canada
After 2 years apply through the Caregiver Pilot Program for PR. This may take its on time.
Parallely or later apply for NNAS

Option2
Apply for EE with NOC 3233 and since my CRS is low
Keep on applying for different Provinces.
  • Where a Job offer is not required- this is becoming difficult to find
  • Where this NOC is in demand
Still struggling with this.

Option 1 since you have a job,
