I wanted to ask you guys that i had applied for may intake 2017 in canada but my visa got late and my college didnt gave me extension ,so i have to deffer my studies in september semester but i got my viza now in may only. Can i go three months prior to my semester ?

You can but be prepared to possibly be asked by CBSA how you will support yourself for those 3 months given you cannot work until your classes start.
