Until now I have not received any letter ,e mail fm CIC, and I no record can find in the website of CIC. did any people same as me? Or you have received anything from CIC, please tell me thank you

You won't receive anything until they actually start processing your application, they won't even confirm they received it. You can probably confirm delivery via the postal service if you sent your application with tracking/recorded delivery.
When my wife and I submitted our application they received it in the mail on September 16th and didn't start processing until November 28th.
So in summary don't worry about it you are probably fine.

Yes I am pleased to say that barring one final hiccup, a typo on my COPR, we have been successful and hopefully I will have landed by the end of the month.
It can be a frustrating wait though as you don't have any information from them for months at a time.
Good luck and keep your chin up, it will be worth it in the end.
