We sent ours application in May. Canada office received it on June 7, 2012.

We got a letter on August 8, 2012 that said they were not able to process the application as it was incomplete, and asked to provide more information. We sent onr documents in couple weeks.

Then, On the website,it said that they sent a letter on September 21, 2012 about the decision on application.(We haven't revceived any letter from Canada Office :'()

My mom got a letter in HK that said our application was received at HK office on October 3,2012.

And ,now HK office schedules an interview in January based on our submission to date, we have failed to satisty an officer that to meet the requirement of the Immigration.
:-[
What do I have to bring to the interview? Dose it mean we have to re-apply later?

In the letter scheduling the interview, they should have told you what to bring. In addition (if it was not mentioned), I would bring any evidence of your communication with your spouse since the application was sent in: such as phone bills, emails, letters, proof of any visits, etc.

This is just the normal interview they often give. The visa officer does not belief he/she has enough evidence your relationship is genuine, so wants to interview the applicant. It is not a bad thing - the interview gives the applicant the chance to show your relationship is genuine. The applicant should make sure he/she knows all about the sponsor and the sponsor's life in Canada, and should be able to answer questions based on the application.
If the visa officer believes the applicant that your relationship is genuine, they will issue the PR visa (unless there is some other problem). If the visa officer does not believe the relationship is genuine after the interview, the PR visa will be rejected and you can then appeal.

Thank you, canadianwoman. So, we 're going to bring all the related document to the interview. The bad things is we summitted all original evidences and we didn't keep any copies. We can only bring the newest phone bills, emails, letters.
Will it be a problem?

No, it is not a problem. They have the old evidence; they will want the evidence dating from the time you sent in the application until the interview date. (If they did ask for the older evidence, just tell them you sent in all the originals with the application, so they should have them alraedy.)
