History of Sertraline Use (mild anxiety) previously: Should mention?

Hello all
I had been using sertraline for anxiety. Never hospitlized or anything serious. This last week, my doctor said I'm fine and don't need to take it any more. My Medical appointment is in two days.
Do I mention that I just got off sertraline?
Or since I am technically not taking any prescription at the moment (although just for the past three days lol), I say that I don't take any prescrtiption?
Also, do I say that I don't have any history of mental illness (since never hospitalized) or do to I say I had anxiety?
