I want to hire my sister-in-law to take care of my baby daughter full-time and my son after school (5 months and 6 years), next year (after my Mat Leave). She and I (employee and employer) meet all requirements to apply for the new pilot. However, I've been told our application won't be approved due to following details:
-she is a relative (I prefere to hire a relative, someone I know and trust)
-she has many years of experience of babysitting children in need, as volunteer (I know unpaid jobs are accepted). But professionaly, she is an Architect, and will be retiring next year (that's why she is willing to help us)
-she is married and has kids (9 and 11 years), and they are not in Canada
Could any of these items raise concerns from visa officer to make decision?
