For your information, FSW Application are freezed till 6 months by Canada Immigration.

Work visa you can get.

But not as a customer service officer. May be a customer service supervisor or manager.

First you need to have a job offer from Canada then the rest can be handled. So give it a try. However I am not discouraging you; its not that easy to get a job offer from Canada.
