Highest Level of Education : Two or more certificates , diplomas or degrees

I have gone through many threads associated to the query that I have but nothing helped me as my scenario is a bit different.

I have completed a four years bachelors degree from India and also two one year graduate certificate programs in canada. So I am unsure that if I can choose "two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must be for a program of three years or more". Because under that question there is this note:

• 1. earned a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate or
• 2. had an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) if you did your study outside Canada. (ECAs must be from an approved agency, in the last five years)

So this confuses me. Because I don't know if I can combine the degree from India to the graduate certificates in canada and still can choose "two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must be for a program of three years or more" in the pr score calculator. A lot of people have the same doubt. So anyone's help on this query will be much appreciated.

What does your ECA say for the two programs? You can’t apply without ECAs.

I don't need the eca for those two programs since those are completed from a Canadian Institute

You would need an ECA for your Indian bachelor's degree in order to obtain CRS points for it, then those points combined with your one year certificate would enable you to get the points for two or more degrees.
