Highest Degree from Canada (MDes)

Hello,

I'll be applying under CEC and I have a question about education credentials. I have a Master Degree from Canada and a Bachelor Degree from Brazil, do I have to get an ECA for my Brazilian degree or just my MDes from Canda should get me the most points for being the Highest Degree?

Hi, I did graduate certificate at Conestoga college in Canada, does that count as my highest degree or is my bachelor's ( outside Canada) my highest degree?

Bachelor's- You will require ECA as your program is post graduate/diploma and not Masters

(Note: I graduated from Conestoga as well and i got ECA done through WES )
